Russ Gibbs is the go-to “troubleshooter” for any cabling and telephone system issues that IntelliSystems clients may have. He enjoys solving problems and the challenge of isolating an issue and troubleshooting. He doesn’t like leaving the customer site without resolving whatever is wrong.
