They have fast response whenever we have an issue, and we almost always get help and answers right away. Their help with our office’s move into a new building was amazing. We have been a customer of IntelliSystems since 2007. Last year we had to install a new server and then months ahead of the original plan, install an new ERP system that also included a second server and required new computers for at least ten of my employees. IntelliSystems came up with a solution to enable us to operate with our dying server/software to close out our books for the month and were there to help get us up and running for the change.
The thing that we like most about their services is the fact that they save me time by handling the small things as well as the big ones. Even if it is something that I have the knowledge to handle, my preference is to use IntelliSystems. There’s nothing better than handing a phone number to your employees and telling them to call and explain their computer problems and knowing that it will be handled professionally, correctly, and in a timely manner.
Replacing several computers and laptops in our corporate office this year went very smoothly thanks to the efficiency of IntelliSystems technical staff along with them being able to remote in to resolve issues big and small have been a great experience for our staff. I am positive that our service has increased 100% for the better and response time and resolution time is faster with follow up on target. You get what you pay for.
