• Can you provide me with a list of credentials that your in-house team holds? 

• • • Evidence would be a list of certifications and valid experience for the MSP. 

• Can you provide me with validation of your security practices?

• Evidence would be a valid designation the company holds, or they fill out a questionnaire and provide evidence of their practices. 

If they say yes to either of these questions, ensure you get valid proof for your records. If they are hesitant to fulfill these requests, your business may take on additional risks by working with these providers.
