We have been customers of IntelliSystems since 2013. I think what really makes them special is the fact that it’s almost like they are a fellow employee of the chamber. Once you have that comfort level with a vendor and rely on them, it’s a great testament to their service. Technology is not my expertise so having someone that can say, ‘Carl, you need this to plan for the future,’ helps me run a better organization.

We’re a Chamber of Commerce, but we are also a small business. Like any small business cash flow is always an issue and the IntelliSystems team is always proactive in coming up with a plan for new technology that works within our budget and schedule. I think if anyone is on the fence about hiring IntelliSystems as their IT Provider, you can certainly find businesses that are currently using them and ask what issues they are having - they don’t have any. The issues are taken care of. If you ask current customers why they like them, there is going to be a consistency in every customer. They like the reliability, they like the experience they’ve had – it’s about solutions and getting the job done and I don’t think you will find anyone that is not completely satisfied.
